This building serves as the company’s corporate headquarters for North and South America. Located on 54 acres, the complex includes a three-story office building, data center, product support facility, auditorium, training rooms, conference rooms, product showrooms, full-service kitchen and cafe. The building is constructed of structural steel and cast-in-place reinforced concrete-on-metal deck with raised flooring for under-floor HVAC distribution. Continuous subfootings extend 100′ in length and 8′ to 10′ in depth. The exterior consists of an aluminum and glass curtain wall with an aluminum panelized system.
