The three-building complex in the historic section of Lancaster, is comprised of a mixed-use development of student housing and retail space. The five- and six-story residential buildings provide student apartments on the upper floors in a mix of studios, 1-bedroom units and 3- and 4-bedroom suites. Community amenities include a fitness room or lounge as well as laundry facilities on each floor. The street level floors of each of the apartment building includes a total of 30,000 sf of multi-tenant retail space including a micro-brewery.  It also includes the management office, electrical and mechanical rooms.
