Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
Owners often have many other priorities aside from their construction project. Using an Integrated Project Delivery, Butz acts as the “facilitator” on the project – collaboratively harnessing the talents and insights of all participants to optimize project results, increasing value to the owner, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency through all phases of design, fabrication, construction and operation.
The basic principles of collaborative project environments are:

- appropriate technology
- ensuring organization and leadership are 100% aligned.
