These renovations enhance the school’s commitment to experiential learning through flexible spaces that support collaboration, communication, and experimentation. The building’s Inclusive Excellence Lab and Accelerator Program creates opportunities for entrepreneurship. The building is wood framed with wood shingle roof and siding. Renovations included new interior finishes, spatial reconfiguration, and restoring the main two-story space. A complex roof replacement and fitting new MEP systems in renovated spaces were challenges that needed to be overcome. We coordinated with college facilities and worked around peak times for students to minimize disruptions.
