Alexander – Harrisburg is seeking a full-time project administrator with experience in project accounting. Duties will include acting as point person for the project team, scheduling meetings and events, updating project directories, processing W-9 forms, insurance certificates, background checks, certified payrolls, punchlists and project closeout items. In addition, this person should be familiar with project cost accounting, assisting with compiling and developing owner invoices, and the processing of subcontractor invoices. Experience working in the design or construction industry is a plus. Four-year degree is a plus but not required. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
