Alexander – Harrisburg is currently seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. The Restoration Superintendent will lead construction repair efforts for fire, smoke, water, and storm damage.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers during repairs
- Schedule manpower and project activities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors
- Take-off and procure building materials
- Mentor carpenters and labors in proper techniques and company procedures
- Ability to participate in the on-call 24/7 rotation program (nights and weekends)
- Willing to work overtime as needed in emergency situations
Qualifications include:
- Ability to perform manual, physical labor
- Strong understanding of construction and remodeling practices, procedures, techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Working knowledge of specifications, quality control, cost control and safety
- Ability to read and interrupt architectural drawings and specifications
- Preferred: experience working in the Restoration industry
- Valid driver’s license
