Restoration Project Manager

Description

Alexander – State College is currently seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team in State College, PA. The Restoration Project Manager will lead property repair projects including fire, smoke, water, and storm damage.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Manage project life-cycle from beginning to end
  • Main point of contact for customer
  • Conduct onsite property inspections
  • Develop scope of work and repair estimates
  • Manage self-perform trades, coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors, develop and oversee project schedule, purchase building materials, and complete project closeout
  • Develop and maintain business referral network

Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the construction industry required, two (2) years in the restoration industry preferred and IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration preferred.
