The 190,000 SF state-of-the-art indoor Community Lifestyle Center is designed to enhance the quality of life for residents, while becoming an identifying landmark in the township as a source of community pride and a centralized gathering place.
Buildings A, B, and C will feature indoor soccer field with perimeter walking/jogging track, multi-use gyms for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, and locker rooms. Building D will house community and multi-purpose meeting rooms, concessions, restrooms, and offices and staff support rooms.
Buildings A, B, and C will utilize mass timber construction with clear span wood trusses and insulated metal panels on the exterior of the buildings. Building D will utilize standard wood framing, insulated metal panels and partial stone veneer on the exterior of the building. The Community Center will host community events, sporting events, health and wellness screenings and seminars, support groups and educational classes. The Center is expected to draw up to half a million users every year. It would also become the largest emergency shelter space in Lehigh County.
