These 26 labs and support spaces analyze patient samples in a consolidated space that is easily accessible by hospital doctors. This five-story building was built on a tiered foundation with two stories below grade. It has a structural steel frame with precast concrete, curtainwall, and metal paneling. The team used BIM, 3D MEP and exterior coordination, 4D scheduling, 6D modeling for equipment and virtual mockup technologies in project planning.
