The renovation to the existing Emergency Department includes demolition of the existing 2597 Medical Office Building. The addition will be 3-stories with a Helistop on the 4th story.

The first floor will be a fully fit-out emergency department expansion with imaging components. The second floor will include shell space and the Medical-Surgery unit. The third floor includes shell space construction and common areas.

This project is being delivered as an IPD Project which emphasizes collaboration and integration between key participants throughout all phases of design and construction.

I’m extremely impressed not only with the Butz team’s commitment to IPD and Lean construction principles, but the high-value results on recent projects. They’ve developed a deep team of Lean leaders that are genuinely passionate about driving value for their owner clients and building long-term relationships with all industry partners.
