An existing office building underwent selective gut and retrofit of interior spaces to create a new state-of-the-art educational environment for Lehigh Valley Academy student and staff. Phase One of the construction consisted of sitework and renovations to accommodate 129 classrooms, cafeteria/kitchen area, offices lounges, and conference spaces. Phase Two included the construction of a new gymnasium, locker rooms and flexible “auditorium” space.
Working with Butz was a really fantastic experience. They hold everybody to a high standard. Throughout this process, they’ve been by our side.
