- Seal framing members for odor control
- Remove and Replace garage roof framing
- Remove and Replace roofing
- Remove and replace siding
- Added a timber frame porch roof
- Replace all interior finishes: insulation, drywall, trim, paint, cabinets, flooring, electrical, HVAC and plumbing
