This 14-story Class-A office tower is at the center of the Philadelphia region. The top five floors were fit-out for Hamilton Lane while completing the building core and shell. This project is a continuation of our construction of high-end office space along the Schuylkill River which includes complete fit-out of the flagship tower and numerous office buildings ranging from three to sixteen stories, multi-level garages, and tenant fit-outs.
