Construction Management

As an At-Risk Construction Manager, we are also your advocate representing you on site. With this delivery method, we hold all subcontracts, have responsibility over the project schedule, and hold the financial risk of the project.
DESIGN/BUILD
Under a design-build format, we perform obligations under a full responsibility contract including architectural/engineering services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Fixed Fee.

Construction
Many of the services performed during the design phase continue into the construction phase. Services provided during construction include but are not limited to scheduling and cost control, change order analysis, shop drawing review, quality and safety control and coordination of subcontractor functions.
