Demolition of the rectory made the addition possible, adding 8 new classrooms to the second and third floors, and includes a free-flowing info-common space where the school can hold meetings, study sessions and events. A large, open area connecting the two buildings facilitates student and faculty traffic flow. The existing high school building was renovated on all floors and included classroom refinishing, window replacement, HVAC, electrical and finish upgrades, toilet room renovations, and asbestos remediation A new stair tower in the addition fills in two of the four existing fire stairs, along with the conversion of a third stair into a new elevator. Reconfiguration and repartitioning in the existing building adds two science labs and 16 classrooms.
