Pre-construction and construction services were provided to convert aging facilities into Mastery Charter Schools. Projects were undertaken on an aggressive timetable to meet partial occupancy needs for each new school year. Construction activities were carefully planned and scheduled around active and occupied areas. Work included interior demolition and removal of hazardous materials. Upgrades were made to building systems including plumbing, electrical wiring and switchgear, ductwork, sprinkler systems, and fire alarms. Other project features include seminar rooms, science and engineering labs, multi-function dining halls, sports and recreation facilities, faculty and administrative offices and support space.
