The new elementary school building consists of classrooms, school support spaces, gymnasium and library. Spread footings on controlled fill were utilized to support the steel framing system and concrete on metal deck floors. Exterior enclosure is masonry, metal panels, curtain wall construction and membrane roofing. Interior finishes include terrazzo, ceramic tile, painted gypsum board and suspended acoustic tile ceilings. Site development work included demolition of existing structures, new parking area and driveway, play area and community garden.
