This new 4-story medical office building is built on 20 acres. The new building will be used to group several specialty-care practices, diagnostic and treatment spaces, support areas, and improve patient experiences. The new construction is a “flag ship” facility for ambulatory care and considered reduced environmental impacts using sustainable solutions while balancing economy of maintenance and operational costs.
