As agent for the owner, our team acted as an extension of the Parkland staff. First, we created a detailed scope of work for bid to eliminate gray areas. Our trailer was configured to maximize collaboration so that when workers came for coffee we talked about the job. We were viewed as partners by trades. Willingness to accommodate off-hours meetings, work, and deliveries helped bring this project in ahead of schedule. We all remained true to a common goal that was to deliver a successful project.
