Alexander worked diligently to develop a plan to reduce a 3-month planned shutdown to 6 weeks. This was a huge success as it allowed us to continue to meet our research needs throughout construction. During the project, not once did we have to disrupt our ongoing operations due to an unplanned activity or shutdown. This is a testament to the detailed planning and execution of all activities by the Alexander team.
