Butz Family of Companies Presents at LCI Congress

The Butz Family of Companies was, once again, selected to present at the Lean Construction Institute Congress 2023 in Detroit. Butz supports the importance of building a Lean culture within our organization. Our increased emphasis on continuous improvement, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and relationship-building is the foundation of our Lean transformation.

We had two teams sharing their lean journey with industry peers.

Senior Project Manager, Justin Wingenfield, presented “Assembling a Well-oiled Team” along with representatives from Penn Medicine, Array Architects and McClure.

Enterprise Lean Champion, Emily Lowe, LCI-CPC, CM-Lean, led the team presenting “Driving Change: Shifting Gears to Accelerate Lean Across our Enterprise.” Other team members included Senior Project Manager Dan Flickinger, CCM, LEED AP, Project Managers, Pete Schneck and Semi Toshi, Superintendent, Jonathan Witmer, and Enterprise Director of Strategic Initiatives, Steve Lee.
