Women in Construction week is celebrated annually during the first week of March to recognize and highlight women working in construction fields. This year, we hosted several events across the enterprise to bring our female employees together to reflect, connect, and share their experiences working in the field. At our Allentown office, team members joined our IPD partners, MKSD and Southland Industries, for an engaging presentation that provided an overview of IPD structure and project details before touring the site. In Harrisburg, employees had the opportunity to tour an active construction site and connect with fellow women working in the industry, fostering meaningful conversations and professional relationships. In State College field and office team members came together at ClearWater Conservancy to learn more about the project, tour the site, and NAWIC discussion focused on connection and growth within the industry. These events provided valuable opportunities for networking, learning, and celebrating the important role women play in shaping the construction industry.
