Alexander Building Construction Co. and The Butz Family of Companies congratulate Jeremy Novinger, Restoration Project Manager, for receiving the ESGR Patriot Award on Friday, February 2, 2024. Jeremy was nominated by Colton Welsh, 4th Year Carpenter Apprentice. In his nomination, Colton recognized and thanked his supervisor, Jeremy, for his unwavering support while Colton was on military duty, away at drill, and while deployed with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. The award presentation was given by James E. Astor, ESGR South Central Area Representative and retired veteran.

The Patriot Award is awarded to individual supervisors who support reserve members through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.
